Wayne R. Cadogan

wayneWayne Cadogan is a Designer/Consultant in the garment industry. He has been affiliated with the garment industry since 1972 as a Manufacturer, Trainer and Consultant. He has vast experience and knowledge in all areas of ladies and gents garments, construction, pattern making and grading, training, garment costing, factory audit, quality control, clothing production and factory layout. He has worked as a consultant for the Caribbean Development Bank, USAID, The National research and Development Foundation of St. Lucia, Caribbean Training Awards Projects, CAIC/CARICOM/IDB Regional Export Development Project and Foundation for International Training (FIT) in Jamaica, Bahamas, French Guiana, Windward and Leeward islands.

He is a Master Tailor trained and apprenticed under the guidance of the Armenian Master Tailors in men’s tailoring in the United States of America.

He has taught sewing classes for Singer, college level and the Institute of Fashion and Design. He has written numerous articles throughout the years for numerous magazines and newspapers on fashion and the garment industry.

Wayne Cadogan lives in Barbados, West Indies.
